• Enable dealerships to book jobs and subcontractors to view, organise, acknowledge, and schedule them.
• Send notifications about job status (new requests, confirmed visits, completed jobs).
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Provide customer support.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Between subcontractors and dealerships, as described above, to enable job booking and fulfilment.
• With service providers who help us operate the Service, such as our hosting provider, push notification service (Expo), mapping provider (Google Maps / Apple Maps), and payment processors (Stripe, Apple). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as billing records) for legal or accounting purposes.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@shedbuilds.com or via the account deletion option in the app.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Restrict or object to certain processing.

PrepFlo is a business tool intended for use by adults working in the motor trade. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email, and update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
